The Helene comprises four well-appointed apartments with views of the beautiful scenery around Zell am Ziller. It is quietly situated, undisturbed by traffic, yet convenient for winter visitors. It is approx. 80 metres from the Ski-bus shuttle to the Zillertal Arena gondola lifts to the Rosenalm and quick (approx. 7 min) rail connections to Mayrhofen–Hippach and Kaltenbach.  Summer visitors will find it conveniently neighbours a superb open air swimming pool and Lido, a recreation and play area, and indoor and outdoor tennis courts.

Zell am Ziller has lots of visitor facilities  including a range of restaurants, bars and night spots all within easy walking distance, as well as shops and a supermarket on the high street, a 3 minute walk away.
